WEDNESDAY MORNINGS, 7.30AM – 8.15AM IN THE GYM – COME ALONG !!
Every Wednesday morning we run a free fitness club that uses Boxercise to get the students going ready for a big day of classes. We do a range of different fitness boxing combinations as well as some body weights and high intensity running. After the session the students are treated to a free breakfast to make sure they are fuelled for the day.
Well done to all of the students who come on a regular basis and have been improving their skills and fitness. A massive thanks goes to Mrs Carver for helping out every week, we wouldn’t be able to do it without you! We are always looking for new members so if you haven’t been before do not hesitate to come for a session.
