In our study of Unit 2 Area of Study 2 Physically Active Lifestyles we are exploring different activities that keep all people healthy. Some people partake in high intensity physical activity and some in low intensity. On Friday, 20th September we participated in Ten-Pin Bowling and the way the body reacts to participating in the sport as well as a high intensity Body Attack class at Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre.
This gave students a better understanding of the types of physical activity that cater to all skill and age levels. The students had loads of fun while bowling and at the gym and enjoyed learning about different activities that are total opposite in regards to physical activity intensity.
