Healesville Sanctuary

Students will visit Healesville Sanctuary and participate in the Fighting Extinction Program. This will enhance students understanding of the main topics and issues covered in our science ecology unit. As they make their way around the Sanctuary, educators will be on hand to answer any questions and involve the students in activities. Healesville Sanctuary is one of Australia’s most loved tourist attractions and the best place in Victoria to see and interact with native Australian wildlife.

Cost per student is $27.00  Consent/Payment can be provided online through the school’s parent portal (http://gleneagles-vic.compass.education), or alternatively by downloading the permission form from Compass and  returning the tear-off slip, with payment  to the Bursar by 10th October.

Students will be transported by bus departing at 8:30 amd and returning by 2:55pm.   Students should bring lunch & snacks.
