An event, National Gallery of Victoria , has been planned for Wednesday, 13 September 2017. This is an exciting opportunity for all Year 7 students to experience the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV). Sessions will be conducted by NGV education staff, who will use observational thinking and language skills to explore works how art is made and how different artists communicate messages through their artwork. Students will have the opportunity to explore a variety of exhibitions in the gallery as well as a required work task to increase their awareness of diverse art forms and practices. Students will be transported by bus departing 8:30am and returning by 2:55pm and should be in full school uniform.
Cost: $ 19.00, due by Wednesday, 6 September 2017
Consent/Payment can be provided online through the school’s parent portal (http://gleneagles-vic.compass.education), or alternatively by downloading the permission form from Compass and returning the tear-off slip, with payement to the Bursar.
